More Pics

This is a picture of the sunset off the Oregon coastline. This is Nate at the base of an uprooted redwood tree and me driving through another tree.

The next shot is Nate with Alcatraz in the background. Did you know that it was the only jail that had heated water?? And a shot of me riding a trolley in San Fran.

This is El Capitan in Yosemite Nat'l Park and General Grant Sequoia Tree, the second largest tree in the world.

The final shot is Maddi and Bryce barring Dallin in the sand. It sure was a fun trip!!

Here are some pictures from our last month is AK and the trip home. I hope you enjoy.

This is the animal closure in Denali that is a sure place to see bear. It was on this hike that we saw 5 bear. A mom and her cub, and then three running down the mountain. This is a giant bear print that was around 5 inches across.

This is Nates first salmon. It is a Pink caught in Valdez, Ak. The red fish in a King salmon caught in a river near Wasilla.

This is two of the halibuts that Nate and I caught. Notice that halibuts are white on one side and brown on the other. They really are an ugly, but tasty fish. The next shot is me at our campsite in Marbel Canyon, BC. We're almost to civilization.
