Micah is ONE!!!

Micah turned 1 last week. His stats:

Weight- 17 lbs 3 oz (0%)

Height- 26.5 in (0%)

Head size- 45.5 cm (25%) !!!!

Micah is obviously still very little for a 1 year old. We went to the specialist and he was very encouraged by Micah's growth. Micah is starting (slowly, but surely) to catch up. He ordered some blood work and if it comes back normal then we wont go back until the end of May.

As you can tell, Micah was not happy about his cake. We tried to feed him some of it to encourage him to dive in, but it actually made him even more mad.

After some time we were able to feed him some cake.

Here he is opening presents from his grandparents and also from Nate and I. I gave him a blanket that I made (which I'm pretty proud of).

Micah has several new tricks that he has learned in the last month. He has learned to play Peek-a-Boo. He likes to play with the soccer and basketball. He has learned to throw it and chase it.

He has also learned to pull things out of drawers and off of shelves.

He is still a very happy baby. He spent every afternoon with me and my soccer team. The girls asked if he ever cried because in the last 3 months with them he hardly cried. He loves his fruits and veggies. He drinking whole milk now and has mastered the sippy cup.
